Inform your client to make a 360° video while opening the parcel as a proof to deal with damage cases. It will help us to proceed further. This is a must
If the parcel didn't reach your customer after 15 working days of dispatch, let us know. We will check immediately.

Return Policy

Please create a 360 degree parcel opening video so that we could also find the cause of discomfort. We are not into one time selling.
We ensure the quality and product you pay matches your expectations. We offer size chart and fabric details which is true to the real pictures. Exchange Conditions

Exchange with the same product available in case of size or damage issue.

If not then we cannot initiate the exchange.
Please note we will issue a CREDIT NOTE after checking your returned product.
The credit note has validity of 2 months. Please try to utilise in one go.
Since we are small brand, such returns costs us dearly.

And HUMBLY WE DO NOT HAVE CANCELLATIONS.
Please note under exchanges the tags should be intact

and the product should be unused. Exchange to be initiated by the customer

and should reach us within 3 days if in Delhi NCR. 5 days if outstation.
Once we check the return product, exchange will be initiated.

1. Select your dress - screenshot from catalogue or videos in offer on YouTube (click to access latest videos)

2. Deposit 500/1000/2000 advance as per request on WhatsApp according to dress and bill amount to confirm order booking

4. Recheck order details and color and size thoroughly.

Keep in mind while receiving parcel.

1. Opening video is must make 360 degree complete view unpacking video for any type of claim.

2. Do not accept packet that is tampered / torn / mutilated or repacked using cello tape and write on slip that it was damaged.

3. opening video should cover all parts of parcel with clear focus on tracking and other printed labels. turn in around before opening.

4. Cut carefully without damaging inner contents, open and check everything in same video only. This Video is crucial for any type of claims or exchange.
